Please read the FAQ's terms and policies before clicking the "I agree" button. You are not confirmed until a deposit & booking fee have been taken and indemnity form back to us (if requested). One of our people will call you about confirming the booking. We also MAY hold a bond for some tours for cleaning / damage purposes to the bus. NO SHOW or on the same day cancellation booking are billed at the full rate and will be deducted from my credit card. We STRONGLY recommend not cancelling on the same day. Read our damage and fighting policy Having a Karaoke sound system on a bus mave have it's electronic gremlins, if the karaoke system has a 100% failure, this doesn't represent a full refund of the fees taken. Any deposit taken to secure the booking has a non - refundable booking fee of $40. We are able to offer refunds up till 21 days from booked date. If we take a deposit via telephone and you give us your credit card details, you understand that the biller will be "Saturn CD Roms Pty Ltd" that will appear on your statement.
