What is our policy on damage and fights and do we need to pay a bond for breakage’s / cleaning?

We now take a deposit / bond with some charters – and you will be notified if yours is a bond – deposit.

With charters with a average age under 30 years old, we may insist on a passenger list , that you sign an indemnity form which covers us for all damage done to the bus, equipment or the business. This form clearly states that we do not tolerate bad behavior on or off the bus during our charters, and the Deposit HOLDS as a bond and is refunded 4 days after the charter. THEREFORE the amount to be paid on the day is the full amount of the charter.

We also may request a passenger manifest with Names and either phone numbers or email addresses.
(Recommended for parents anyway)

Any booking where damages are made to the bus, equipment or the business may need to be paid for from the credit card supplied from the deposit. The booker may need to identify the offenders to us and the authorities.
Any incident will cause an immediate halt and possible cancellation to the charter.

A RECENT STORY…
We had a 21st party that was booked for 6 hours. In the first 2 hours, one of the guests caused an minor issue which involved the police. This effectively ended the charter as the Police stopped the charter from going further and we were ordered to take the group straight home. The offender was left with Police. Party ruined, and money lost.

Please be aware that we have the right to remove any trouble maker/s, and terminate the charter without refund.

Actions NOT TOLERATED -.

Fighting
Verbal abuse to driver, outside public or to other party members
Throwing anything out the window.
Breaking equipment
Incidents that would damage the business reputation.
Not obeying the party bus code of conduct.
